== Description == Gaia Station is a massive habitat, circular in design, that allows Gaia Station to spin, generating its own gravity. The station has 3 distinct sections. The central section, simply called the node, is where many of the core navigational and propulsion systems are placed. The node is a circular disk that has a diameter of 900 yards and a depth of three stories. At the center of this disk is the core. The core is protected by a tungsten/orichalcum alloy approximately 6-9 feet thick. The core itself is a SL.v3 Fusion reactor developed by Sault Labs. Additionally, the roots of a large, genetically modified tree surround the central node. The node has three concentric circles built around it. The first ring is 96 meters wide, with the following rings at 66 and 36 meters. The modules that make up these rings are modular and variable. Some are scientific and research-based. Others are recreational zones, and habitats are spaced incrementally around the first and second rings. The third ring is reserved for scientific, defense modules, cargo, and other auxiliary functions.
